4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. The Seller will make every effort to fulfill the Buyer's order promptly but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
4.2. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated to the Buyer prior to the order confirmation.
4.3. The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon delivery. The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the delivered Products for any damage or defects and must notify the Seller within 2 days of receipt if any issues are identified.
4.4. Delays, non-delivery, or damages during shipping caused by third-party carriers are outside the Seller's control and the Seller shall not be liable in such cases.
5. Returns and Refunds

6. Limitation of Liability

6.3. The Seller's total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement is 0.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. The Seller retains all intellectual property rights in the Products, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
7.2. The Buyer agrees not to copy, reproduce, or distribute the Products, or engage in any activity that would infringe upon the Seller's intellectual property rights.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
8.2. Any disputes or claims arising from this Agreement or related to the Products shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of [Jurisdiction].
9. Entire Agreement and Amendments
