Instructions

  1. Prep piece properly by lightly scuffing surface. Clean surface and apply a primer.
  2. Make any repairs IF needed to imperfections as they will be magnified by the shiny chrome surface if not repaired properly.
  3. Sand whole surface smooth with 320 Grit sand paper. Wet sand with 800 Grit sand paper. ( If surface is perfect these steps aren't neede

  3. Sand whole surface smooth with 320 Grit sand paper. Wet sand with 800 Grit sand paper. ( If surface is perfect these steps aren't needed or if your looking for a special effect on the surface.)
  4. Make a mount/stand to hold part as you cannot come in contact with it in any way until the process is complete and dry.
  5. Clean down part in preparation of applying basecoat.
  6. Apply basecoat. The more leveled the surface to more clear the chromes surface will appear, avoid any orange peel or dry spots.
  7. Apply Spray Chrome process
  8. Apply clear top coat, if doing color add in next layer, coat til color you desire.
  9. Let dry and remove from mount/stand and enjoy the Shine!
